I have become addicted to high speed cable internet access.

I do not think I could ever go back to using a modem. My internet cable connection at home is my lifeline to the world. Since I spend so much time in front of the computer, internet broadband connection is a neccessity. I can only get a dial up connection at work and not even a good one at that. It is only at home with my high speed cable internet access that I can really get things done.

High speed cable internet access can be at speeds only huge companies could afford with dedicated connections just a few years ago. Let’s face it; we live in a chaos of hustle and bustle. This is what makes high speed cable Internet access ideal for businesses, schools and even homes. We want what we want and we want it now!

However, this has certainly not put a damper on its success. The fact is, that many of us desire the speed to tackle our online banking, as opposed to dealing with the hectic lines at the bank, or surf the millions of websites for Christmas gifts at the lowest prices possible, or simply send an email. We’ve come to depend on computers like we do our cars or cell phones. After the computer itself, the internet connection is the next thing we depend on.

For those of us who like to view the latest movie trailers or download a music video, cable internet access makes this more viable. Why spend ten minutes waiting for a clip to download when you can view it immediately with a high speed cable internet connection? Why face the burden of a slow connection speed that hinders you from placing a fast enough bid on Ebay, causing you to lose the item? These are dilemmas that all of us face everyday, and these are some reasons why we prefer high speed cable Internet access to the others.
